1. Introduction to the University of Southern Queensland

The University of Southern Queensland(USQ) is Australia's pioneering new public University, which is the 12th largest in scale, the fifth largest in terms of foreign students and international partners. And the graduate employment rate is one of the top 10 in Australia. The University of Southern Queensland has won worldwide recognition for its high-quality education and flexible teaching mode, especially the distance education in Australia and around the world, which has won the "Outstanding University Award" of the International Commission on Distance Education (ICDE) of UNESCO.

2. International Trade undergraduate education program

1) Project characteristics

Bilingual education and co-run programs offer students the opportunity to study for a master's degree at the University of Southern Queensland on full scholarship.

2) Program/major and quota

Undergraduate education program in International Trade/International Economy and Trade (Jointly run by China and Australia): 120 (60 in liberal arts, 60 in science)

3) Length of schooling and training methods

The duration of the project is 4 years. Both parties shall jointly develop the teaching plan of the cooperative course according to the teaching requirements of their respective institutions and recognize each other's credits.

There are 24 courses offered by The University of Southern Queensland (USQ). Students are required to complete all course assignments and exams in English.

The teaching is divided into two stages: the first 12 courses are taught by high-level Chinese teachers hired by Zhejiang University City College in bilingual mode, with qualified scores and English scores meeting the requirements of The University of Southern Queensland, and the last 12 courses can be registered.

In addition to the English textbooks and bilingual teaching, the university of Southern Queensland is responsible for writing, marking, and marking assignments and examination papers for the last 12 courses. Some of the courses are taught by foreign teachers in person.

4) Introducing foreign courses

5) Entrance requirements

Take the national college entrance examination, meet the admission score of Zhejiang University City College and get a score of 100 or above in English.

6) Diplomas and Certificates

Students who are qualified in moral and physical education should complete the courses stipulated in the registered professional education and teaching plan within the period of study stipulated by the college and meet the minimum graduation credits requirements of the college. The college shall issue the full-time undergraduate graduation certificate of Zhejiang University City College printed according to the national uniform specifications.

Graduates eligible for degree awarding will be awarded a bachelor's degree from Zhejiang University City College.

Students who have completed all courses offered by the University of Southern Queensland and have met the relevant regulations of the University of Southern Queensland in English may apply to the University of Southern Queensland for a bachelor's degree.

At the same time, students have the opportunity to continue their master's degree at the Business School of the University of Southern Queensland.

7) Charge standard

Fee Approval No. : Zhejiang Price Fee [2010] No. 162

The tuition fee is composed of professional tuition fee and credit tuition fee. At the beginning of the academic year, it will be charged in advance according to the standard of RMB 26,000 yuan per academic year for students (accommodation, teaching materials, re-study of Australian courses and other fees are calculated separately). Each academic year will be settled according to the actual academic scores.

2. Costs

Self-pay (tour fee is tentatively set at $1350 per person).

Tour fare includes:

（1）eaching expenses and materials expenses.

（2）amily accommodation expenses during your stay in Australia.

（3）Airport transfers and all ground transportation expenses during the stay in Australia.

（4）Tour ticket fees listed during the stay in Australia.

（5）Catering costs.

Tour fare does not include:

（1）Round-trip and domestic air ticket between China and Australia, tips, excess baggage fee, laundry fee, telephone communication fee, TV fee, as well as items not mentioned in the itinerary and paid scenic spots.

（2）Other expenses paid within the territory of China, such as visa fees, passport fees, airport construction fees, travel insurance fees in Australia.

3.Main Contents and Itinerary

The main contents of this exchange study and investigation in Australia are as follows:

（1）Course study: 5-day English and Cultural course at the University of Southern Queensland.

（2）Course participation: Students can participate in 4 UNDERGRADUATE classes at THE University of Southern Queensland to experience the classroom atmosphere.

（3）Physical examination of campus life: visit the campus and library and participate in sports with Australian characteristics.

（4）Classic sights: Visit the Brisbane Koala Sanctuary, Lone Pine Koala.

（5）Experience Aboriginal culture: Visit local aboriginal museums and take part in Aboriginal cultural activities.

4.Selection Scope and Quota

5. Reward

Those who have excelled in study and outstanding performance in exchange can apply for the foreign exchange Scholarship according to the Regulations on Foreign Exchange Scholarships for Students of Zhejiang University City College (Trial) (Revised In November 2008) (Urban Development Of Zhejiang University [2008] No. 113).

6.Application for Vacation Practice of the optional module in the second class

Those who participate in the foreign exchange program and pass the assessment can apply for the vacation practice score of the elective module in the second class.

7. Selection scope and quota

8. Application conditions

（1）Moral, intellectual, and physical development in an all-round way, knowledge, ability, quality, and record of comprehensive evaluation of good.

（2）English level should be above IELTS 6.5 (inclusive), and each score should be no less than 6.0.

（3）Fresh graduates of the aforementioned cooperative education program who meet the requirements for bachelor degree awarding of the University of Southern Queensland.

9. Costs

（1）Tuition fee: Full scholarship will be provided by The University of South Queensland, Australia (length of schooling: 1.5 years, tuition fee beyond the term of study will be borne by the student himself/herself).

（2）The remaining expenses, including accommodation fee, transportation fee, insurance fee and passport visa fee, shall be borne by the student.
